First, Tempo service failed to show up on the promised time/date. Second when the serviceman finally showed up he immediately complained how old our AC was and tried to sell us a new one. Third, he messed up our AC making it completely usuable. Fourth, once the mess is created, they tried to charge us for fixing their original "mistakes". And lastly, the management was evasive and unreachable and irresponsible. They do not believe in "accountability" or "quality service". \r

It's a real pain dealing with this business. BBB is, as usual, not an effective avenue for dealing with bad businesses. As a test, call and ask to speak with the owner/manager. You'd be told "he's not in" (it's usually just a lie). NO ACCOUNTABILITY what so ever is expected from this lousy business!

CONS: bad service, no accountability, incompetent workers.
