Overall poor experience. In the 6 days that workmen came to my house, I only saw supervisor once (on day 1), for a total of 5 minutes. For 2 days, I was left with workers who spoke no English. Edge tiles were not installed as I specifically requested, and the ""fix"" left an uneven line. Towel bar, once installed, was crooked. I left 3 messages to speak with supervisor, and not one of my calls was returned. When I called to inform them of this, and to ask a question about my bill, I was treated with disrespect, and I was not once offered an apology that my calls had not been returned. Given the poor customer service that I received from this company, I do not feel comfortable recommending their services.
