Rudy's is still one of the best restaurants in central Maryland. Old standards and innovative dishes are both prepared with high quality ingredients and attention to detail that is unusual to find in Carroll County. Service, atmosphere, quality--all top notch. It is not inexpensive, but it won't blow out your bank account either--and the benefit/cost ratio leans heavily to the benefit side. The site right next to Route 140 isn't the most scenic, but the restaurant itself is very, very nice.
