Unfortunatly closed few months ago. It was a wonderful place. the food was very creative and the service was just outstanding.We are going to miss it.

I only went for drinks on a Saturday night and will never return to any Belisimo's again. I woke up Tuesday morning to my checking account being negative. Little did i know the restaurant charges your card twice for the same amount, and only one charge will process in the end but In the mean time they hold double what you spent there! Keep in mind my bank charges a $35 overdraft fee per day. What kind of sense does that make? more

I'd really give this place 2 1/2 stars. While it isn't necessarily poor, I wouldn't call it average either.... more

Consistently High Standards 8/8/2005

Rudy's is still one of the best restaurants in central Maryland. Old standards and innovative dishes are both prepared with high quality ingredients and attention to detail that is unusual to find in Carroll County. Service, atmosphere, quality--all top notch. It is not inexpensive, but it won't blow out your bank account either--and the benefit/cost ratio leans heavily to the benefit side. The site right next to Route 140 isn't the most scenic, but the restaurant itself is very, very nice. Pros: Menu variety, Service, Quality Cons: Not inexpensive more
