we budgeted for 3 guys, a fourth guy showed up and of course they said "this guy will actually save you money", so then they put me in the position of kicking out their friend or paying more money. You always have to coddle these guys or they will work slower, so what else could I do?
They decided to use a smaller truck and make two trips instead of the larger truck with one trip: GREAT!
I assumed insurance was covered, but when they show up on moving day they give you these complicated insurance options that nobody wants to think about at such a chaotic time. Of course I picked the wrong options and ended up with some damage and a 1000 deductible which made the insurance worthless.
Cons: expensive, tricky
