Best Buy in Jackson, TN has very good customer service. I have found that I rarely spend more than two minutes in any department before I am approached and offered assistance. This is a good thing for my "less than spectacular" technical knowledge.
The prices in the store are good. The weekly circulars that come out in the Sunday newspapers point the the best sales, though.
I think the helpful employees and the wide range of merchadise are probably the two best selling points of the store.
