Best Buy Jackson TN....not enough sales associates to assist you especially in the phone department. Left due to no assistance at all. Tried to call store to ask a question and after following prompts, was told that there was "no sales associate to assist you." I will not purchase another item from Best Buy in the future. Very dissatisfied customer. more

JACKSON TN DISAPOINTMENT 8/30/2010

i have found the pre purchase customer service at the jackson tn best buy i have tried repeated e mails and a phone call to the store and so far don't have a single answer i have encounter disconected phone numbers listed on their web site discontinued e-mail addresses listed on the web site a phone call that took 8 rings to answer and a person who had no clue what the answer was to my question and an attempted transfer to the geek squad which never answered djtruckerbear@aol.com more

I Keep Going Back Because of the Service 7/9/2005

Best Buy in Jackson, TN has very good customer service. I have found that I rarely spend more than two minutes in any department before I am approached and offered assistance. This is a good thing for my "less than spectacular" technical knowledge. The prices in the store are good. The weekly circulars that come out in the Sunday newspapers point the the best sales, though. I think the helpful employees and the wide range of merchadise are probably the two best selling points of the store. Good service, product disappointing 6/8/2005

We bought a washing machine here and the sales lady was very nice but she was not there anymore shortly after we bought it. The washer had a bad timer that we had to replace 3 times. I can't blame Best Buy really because they didn't make the product but they were no help in getting it taken care of. I probably won't make a big purchase with them again. more
