My experience here has been nothing but phone transfers, after phone transfer. I bought a large screen TV, a kitchen table, and living furniture all with cash. Needless to say, after all the items were delived and on piece was damaged it took call after call to findout when we will get a replacement product. After four months of calls to the service department, our sales person, our delivery contact person, and to the BBB we finally were notified that they no longer make the product and we need to come in and choose a product with the same value. Still, when we came in to find a replacement product we were again disappointed. We were to find a product that will match the broken kitchen chair (none the matches) when we decided to replace the entire set we were told we couldn't. We currently are looking into legal matters to either replace the entire set or get a full refund. Possibly even sending back all our past purchases and giving our business to someone who would appreciate
