I would not recommend going to East Alabama Medical Center. If you can make it to another hospital, please try. Their ER is painfully slow; a recent foot injury on a slow night resulted in 6 hours of wait time (can you imagine if it was crowded? good grief). The care within the hospital itself is questionable.
