My condo association used this company to inspect and service the air conditioners for each unit. Scheduling was easy. I arrived 5 minutes late for the appointment, so the repairman began his inspection while waiting for me. He was clean, friendly, and informative. He gave me his analysis of the a/c, adjusted the temp so that it cooled several degrees lower, and didn't try to up-sell me at all.
