We had a service contract with ARS and after a service call, they said our furnace was dangerous and needed to be replaced. They cautioned us not to turn it on or we risked fire and/or carbon monixcide. They wanted to install a new heater/AC system at the cost of $10,351. After examining the furnace, he said every was in fine working condition and very safe to run. He could have said we needed a new system to generate a sale. But he did not.
