I understand that orthopedic surgeons tend to run behind, but the front office staff should tell the patients as they check in that they are running behind. I ran into a situation there in which they were running WAY behind and nothing was said, yet patients who came in after me were seen before me (and a couple of patients ahead of me),as they had interpreters who had to go to other appointments.
