I am not sure if Dr.'s offices do not feel they need to provide good customer service because there is always a wealth of sick folks out there that need a doctor, but I have a certain bad taste in my mouth when I leave a Dr.'s office and feel as if I was almost invisible while I was there. This is unfortunately the experience I had at this Dr.'s office. When I was leaving, I stood at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then, I was still wondering if I'd done everything I was supposed to before leaving. Especially when you're sick and not quite thinking straight as it is. I actually look forward to using Insider Pages myself to find a Dr.'s office in the area that I live in that values customer service even if you are sick and you have to be there, not of your own accord. I would definitely not say this is one of those offices. more
