What a perfect location for a mall. Before I lived in Minneapolis I would stop at City Center for some quality shopping. Then all of a sudden the tenant list went from Express Mens and Lane Bryant and tons of other great national stores to a Payless Shoes and two bad service Starbucks and more empty storefronts than you would believe. The fact the the bus lines for the quickly deteriorating north Minneapolis put shady people around the mall entrances now don't help much. It is the best food court downtown though, and the new remodel looks to be quite the thing to bring it back to what it used to be and then some. Good Luck!
Pros: Awesome Location, Great Food Court, Easy to Get to
Cons: Lack of Tenants, Shady Crowds, "Scary" Bus Stop
