Heard Panolivo was a ""must."" Had reservations that were punctually and politely fufilled. The atmosphere was nice, the drinks look fun, and the bar crowd is nice to gaze at. The service was very good. *However*: I commented that I didn't finish my French Onion Soup because it was bland, watery, and tasteless. The waiter acknowledged my concerns. Then my halibut came: overdone with a ""Croûte de carton"" (cardboard crust!) on one side where the chef left it sautee to smithereens. The profiterole pastry was hard and dry. To top it off, we were charged for the soup. Never, EVER charge a customer for a dish they complain about! Comment stupide! Je ne retournerai pas!!
