At Red, Hot, and Blue, they specialize in Memphis style barbeque and burgers. Both are tasty and the menu offers other dishes as well. Try the Onion loaf - french fried onions pressed into a loaf with a sweet, barbeque dip for an appetizer.
The ambiance is nice - it's meant to look and feel like Beale Street and it works as long as you haven't been to the real place. If you're familiar with Beale Street at all, then the decor comes off as a cheap imitation but it's not bad for the Ozarks.
