It's hard to argue with the selection of CDs, movies, software, audio equipment and computers at Best Buy. Prices aren't always the cheapest, but sales change weekly so the savvy shopper can usually get a better deal by waiting a few weeks. Customer service is hit or miss depending on which employee you encounter. It is often difficult to find help when you actually need it and checkout lines are frequently long and/or slow.
