This store may have fairly reasonable prices on used video games, but their customer service is not very good. When trading in a game system, they didn't tell us all the information about the trade-in requirements and then the associate didn't want to give us full value for the game system. A few of the associates often treat you like they are better than you are and talk to you in the same manner. On the other hand, you can get good deals on games and trade-in the ones you no longer want. And the location is very convienent.
