It was a while ago, but about 3 years ago I witnessed a staff member very roughly handling a baby ferret and none of her co-workers seemed concerned by this.
Also, I bought 3 fancy mice from there and they all died within a month. This is after we bought a fancy mouse from Pet World and that one lasted 2 years before it got sick and died!
I would NEVER recommend buying any live pet from them.
The only good thing about them is their prices are very low. But the staff all seem indifferent and usually don't know much about animals or anything so I don't ask them for advice anymore. Also, they staff isn't very attentive. I walked around trying to find something and I passed 2 staff members and not one offered to help me.
Bottom Line: Very cold atmosphere=sad and unhealthy animals.
PROS: Low prices
CONS: Cold staff, unhealthy animals
