I took my car into this store the other day for an oil change. I have to say, the employees were so friendly I would be tempted to go there every time. I called before hand to see how busy they were and was given an extremely accurate estimate, which I appreciated. They called my cell phone as soon as they were done and took my "no" as "no" when they tried to upsell me.
