I go to Wells Fargo Bank at Coventry because it is close to where I work. I can walk in, hand them my paycheck, tell them what I want to do, and since I am new to using my bank account, they take care of everything for me. I really appreciate the special treatment, but I think they are like that to everyone. The manager is often seen behind the counter, helping the tellers when it is busy. I commend that action, as many managers just stand back and let the tellers get overwhelmed and swamped.
