We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I go to Wells Fargo Bank at Coventry because it is close to where I work. I can walk in, hand them my paycheck, tell them what I want to do, and since I am new to using my bank account, they take care of everything for me. I really appreciate the special treatment, but I think they are like that to everyone. The manager is often seen behind the counter, helping the tellers when it is busy. I commend that action, as many managers just stand back and let the tellers get overwhelmed and swamped.
