When this popular and tasty former Red Hot & Blue went independent, the big question was whether it would be better for the change.
Simply: Yes.
The meats, particularly St. Louis ribs, are even better than before, the sides remain solid and, most notably, a wider variety of sauces are all absolutely outstanding. The ""original"" sauce could bump others off the grocery shelves; we carry a pint or two home after every trip.
And the desserts are so good you may want to start your meal with the peanut butter pie, key lime pie or pecan cobbler.
