Finding good BBQ in Colorado is a rare experience. Who would have known the best ribs, brisket, and pork could be found in Longmont? I stop by for lunch every time I am in Longmont. Their ribs are very smoky and full of flavor, putting sauce on these ribs should be a crime. Their brisket is juicy and very tender. Be sure to order some of their chipotle potato salad and cheesy corn bake as sides dishes, you won't be sorry. Finding The Rib House the first time is tricky, but well worth the effort.
