I've never been impressed with Best Buy and have had SEVERAL bad experiences in this store. They have failed to follow their own policies and have been rude to me. I would never buy an item there that is not a loss leader (aka free after rebate or drastically reduced item to drive traffic during holidays). I will take my business elsewhere....they are not the "best buy" in town. more
