I needed an inspection and new tires, so I went to this Firestone to get it all done in one shot. They attempted to overcharge me for a side lightbulb replacement, so I haggled a bit to bring down the price. They also made me come back TWICE for a particular part - something they realized after they started working on my car. They didn't have the part the first time, which was understandable, so I came in when they got the part in stock. I stayed for over and hour, only to be told that they actually ordered the WRONG part, and I had to come back again after they got it. So I returned again and finally got the part fixed. I was not compensated for this inconvenience, and thinking in retrospect I really should have been, considering all the time and money I put into it. They did the job, but it was a hassle. I don't really recommend this place unless you have no other choice. more
