Service was, how should I say, A LACK THERE OF!! With such a great presence in the california market, you would think that the company would pride themselves of great service! Ah, but there in that lies the answer. Are they to worried about their IPO and not concentrating on the existing restaurants? from the service, ii would think it to be so.
