We purchased a vehicle from Tracy Toyota this past weekend. This dealership attracts 49er fans, as it is owned by Ronnie Lott and Kenna Turner (not sure on the spelling). I was a little disappointed by the service that I received from the dealership. After we purchased the vehicle it had no gas. The gas light was on and they refused to add a little to the tank to allow us to get to a gas station. I thought this was pretty bad service. After we got home we noticed that we had left our house keys on our trade in car. We called the dealership for 2 days and were told a different story each time. Finally on the third day when I called them they had found the keys. I was a little disappointed they didnt call me and I was given the run around. I dont think that I would go back to this dealership. more
