new and improved :) 2/27/2011

Today I went to Tracy Toyota and it was more than wonderful. The customer service is great, much better than when I first bought my car from them a few years ago. I think they changed their sales manager because this time, it took only a couple of hours to test drive, pick my carm finance, and done! I was so happy and ver please with my Camry. Everything about this dealership has definitely improved over the years, I am so glad because this will be my regular dealership. more

I?ve been drooling over the Camry for the longest time and now I?m happy that I?m approved for a lease. I was realy nervous because ive never had to deal with buying a car but since I got a divorce ive been on my own but my girlfriends recommended Tracy Toyota and im so happy that they were right, Our salesperson Luda was very rofessional and friendly. Would definitely refer to all my friends and family to her By the end of the day, I got the car I wanted for a great price and im really proud of myself thanks to Tracy Toyota so I must recommended it! more

I think salesman are conniving by nature, which is why I usually speak to managers, since they typically have more experience and tend to cut through the bs. I don't need any bullcrap, because I have heard it all. But this time, I decided to try the internet. I was very happy with the internet manager, he sent me the infomation I asked for and I was able to come in knowing exactly how much I needed to pay. This made finance very quick and simple. Thank you Tracy Toyota for making this the easiest experience purchasing a vehicle. Five Stars :) more

I came across Tracy Toyota because their internet department was much more responsive thant he rest I've contacted. I've been looking into the Camry for a while and become real antsy about buying a car. The internet guy made buying a car really easy. I have two jobs and don't have a whole lot of free time. I told him exactly what I wanted, they did not have any in stock, but twod ays later he sent me an e-mail that they have found the right car and price and wanted to know whether I was still interested. Yes! They had the car delivered next day and I was able to come in to check it out. He found the exact colors and AUX feature I wanted for the price fit for my budget. They worked hard work to make little me happy! more

Easy Process, Freindy People 12/24/2010

I am totally in love with my new Prius My purchasing experience wasn't as bad as I have been previously subjected to. The dealership is very bright and clean, as well as their restrooms :) theyre salesman was very knowledgeable and the finance was simple too. Overall, I give this place 5 stars for nice service and a great car! more

Knowledgable, surprisingly fast, and fair 12/1/2010

CARS CARS CARS!!! I hate buying cars before I came to Tracy Toyota the salespeople were so sincere and really knew what they wre selling. Jim was able to answer every single little question I had without hesitation, I was so surprised by their knowledge and more surprised at how finance was so great. They really gave me a good deal and really gave me the confidence to purchase my 2010 Prius. Thank You Tracy Toyota, I will be back next time. more

Easy Going and Fair 11/23/2010

My old Camry still runs well, but I was ready for a new model. Terri was sweet and considerate while I was looking at every Camry model they carried. She helped me narrow it down to two and we went on test drives. I was able to get great financing and Terri did a great job with my trade in. I look great in my new 2011 Camry! more

Fast and Friendly Salespeople 9/15/2010

Robert with Tracy Toyota was a great salesman and the gentelman in finance did a wonderful job getting us a good deal. We feel that this was by far the best car buying experience that we have had in the recent past. We actually began by looking on the their website, found the car we wanted and within 25 minutes received a call from them. That weekend we visited their lot and give it a test drive. Everything turned out fantastic and we couldn?t have asked for an easier sales experience.I will reccomend Tracy Toyota to all of our friends and family as well as anyone who reads my review. more

stress free and at my own pace 5/31/2010

would definitely recommend Tracy Toyota. I’ve been hoping around for a new car for while now and drove by and saw this Tacoma so I went in to check it out. A few salesman asked me if I needed help but I told them I was just looking around, generally I would get some stuck up attitude but they didn’t act like the typical sales hacks. After doing a little more research about the Tacoma I was ready to make my buy. I was still kind of hesitant because I just don’t like dealing with people trying to sell me more than I need but I am glad I came here, the sales people were not annoying, finance was fast and they seemed organized. Overall it was a stress free experience at my own pace. more

Upfront, Honest and Fast 3/20/2010

Best car buying experience I had. Mike was great to work with. He was direct and did not beat around the bush like some other salesmen we dealt with at other dealers. We quickly came to an agreed price and had a deal that they stuck with. Excellent place to deal with. Pros: Fast Friendly more

Friendly, Not Pushy 7/23/2005

We see Toyotas everywhere today and decided to look into buying a new one. We were afraid that a car dealership was going to be too pushy and get us into more than we could afford. Not so at Tracy Honda! The friendly staff was able to figure out payments we could comfortably make and put us into the new car we had hoped for! I hope lots of people check them out and find out for themselves what has made us happy customers. more

poor customer service 5/20/2005

We purchased a vehicle from Tracy Toyota this past weekend. This dealership attracts 49er fans, as it is owned by Ronnie Lott and Kenna Turner (not sure on the spelling). I was a little disappointed by the service that I received from the dealership. After we purchased the vehicle it had no gas. The gas light was on and they refused to add a little to the tank to allow us to get to a gas station. I thought this was pretty bad service. After we got home we noticed that we had left our house keys on our trade in car. We called the dealership for 2 days and were told a different story each time. Finally on the third day when I called them they had found the keys. I was a little disappointed they didnt call me and I was given the run around. I dont think that I would go back to this dealership. more
