I love the sprint pcs service, I always have but it's really fustrating having to go to this actual store. Sometimes it's ok but most times you can be there for hours. They have so many people working there but they still take forever just to talk to someone. Good thing is that most of the time they do actually slove your problem that you have. So they do solve the problem but it may take some time.
PROS: Do help you with what you need.
CONS: Takes forever.
