My work's phone are all NEXTEL/SPRINT and I have gone to this story plenty of times and the wait is HORRIBLE!! The ER room is faster than this store. The service and time make you want to change to another carrier!! Once another carrier can offer 2way we are done with Nextel and Sprint!!!! more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME 4/21/2006

I had a warranty on my cell phone did not work. So I called the customer service line and they said to take it to a store for someone to look at. I spent an hour and a half waiting for my phone that they were ?fixing? only to find out they had broken the phone more. When I had given it to them it would not charge but still functioned when they gave it back it wouldn?t turn on. What a WASTE of my time. more

So-So place 5/22/2005

I love the sprint pcs service, I always have but it's really fustrating having to go to this actual store. Sometimes it's ok but most times you can be there for hours. They have so many people working there but they still take forever just to talk to someone. Good thing is that most of the time they do actually slove your problem that you have. So they do solve the problem but it may take some time. PROS: Do help you with what you need. CONS: Takes forever. more
