You see the commercials - you go to the website, you put in your information for them to call and make an appointment, then some RUDE guy calls you on the phone and wants to know why you want Wallside windows anyway. Well, I guess that I do not. At least, the salesperson that came to our home to give us an estimate was a nice, well-spoken and very knowledgeable person. Their estimate was still too high with not that much to offer, but I appreciated not being treated like I was an idiot by this salesperson.
