Very poor communication on delivery, very poor (lack of) follow up. Attempted delivery three times, poor communication twice and damaged product the other occasion. Asked repeatedly to speak to management and NOBODY EVER CARED ENOUGH TO PICK UP THE PHONE. Rep claimed on a damaged piece he would replace and never a follow up on that either. Good product but cross your fingers nothing goes wrong!!
