In September, I paid in full for merchandise that was supposed to be delivered in mid-Oct. The furniture finally got delivered yesterday (Dec 9. (One of the pieces looks somewhat different than what I recall. Until I can get out to the store to see the floor model again, that, however, is another issue.) What is the issue now, is that at no time during the three months I was waiting for the furniture did the store representative and/or manager of the store proactively call me to advise me of further delays. Rather I had to call into the store myself - at least three different times requesting that someone update me about the status of my delivery. I finally only got the furniture when I did because I called to ask about it. Over the course of my many converstions, neither the manager or the sales woman I dealt with seemed very ""sympathetic"" to my plight & the manager refused to provide any kind of credit adjustment despite the fact that El Dorado had my money - and I had no furniture - for a two-month period which was not part of my original contract with them. I have written the El Dorado website about my inconvenience and frustration - but have not yet received a reply.
Pros: Store has some unique pieces
Cons: Complete lack of customer service
