I recently heard that Il Forno Pizzaria on E. Olive Wy. has a new owner he is Chef Dayne Caudill. He recieved his Chef's Diploma from North Seattle Community College. My wife and I started out with a salad. My wife had the Caesar. The cheese was fresh grated not the processed stuff. I had the Gorganzola salad and it was fabulous!.We had a hard time deciding on what to have. There was a wide range of pizzas, salads and pastas. We ordered the Il Formo Combo pizza minus the green peppers. (special orders are not a problem!) The dough, Dayne told me, was all organic.sauce (a secret) was fabulous! Just enough bite and very flavorful. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty and cooked just right.
It also has a little deck out front. highly recommend it and I'm a very picky eater. Five darn stars!
