They were late seating us for our reservation, but were incredibly apologetic, saying that it rarely happens there (and I truly believe them). They brought us a complementary appetizer on seating us, along with the standard amuse bouche. It may have helped that we sent our half-finished bottle of prosecco to the kitchen when we moved on to wine. That chef deserved every drop. Our meal was incredible; most assuredly the best I've ever had. The choices were varied and not too weird, but definitely exotic. From start to finish, a fabulous experience--especially the wait staff. They are smart, cool, and gracious. I loved the entire experience. It actually lived up to reputation 100%.
