I went to this salon after using other Toni&Guy stylists for 10 years. The stylist wasn't there to talk about my hair so the colorist started in. She let me know she was in a bad mood from a previous client. When she finished my hair color was the exact opposite of what we agreed on. It will take years to grow back to normal. The stylist was not who I was scheduled with and I will need to recut it but at since she never saw my hair I think I'm lucky. The salon was filled with milling about staff. I haven't been so disappointed with a salon since 20 years ago, except then I took my chances with a ""school"", whereas here I paid 160$ so some obnoxious kid could play being an artist. Perhaps they're expanding too fast, but one thing I know, I'll never go back.
