I think it all starts with parking. Once you've found a spot, which might take you 5-10 minutes, you walk into what's usually a packed FedEx Kinko's. Not sure if it's the recent merger (maybe the staff is still trying to figure it all out) but the staff behind the counter can be a little short with customers. I've been into several FedEx Kinko's in the area (Burbank, Woodland Hills, etc...) and I don't get the same "attitude" that I do going to the Studio City branch. The quality of work is good -- they haven't had to redo a project for me yet -- and when I leave, they always thank me for coming in. I think if they could work on their people skills they would increase customer "comebacks" by 10-15% (which would be huge for them). But their biggest strike remains the hellish parking lot outside their building. The online service allows me to send all of my files directly from my computer to their facility and have them waiting for me when I get there to pick them up. That's been
