Pro-Pane Inc. has prices which are consistent with other local propane dealers. They do not have online billing, but they do offer a budget program, which is helpful in preventing inflated bills during peak heating season. The statements (sent only near "settle up" months) are cryptic to say the least, and you are never quite sure how much you owe. Even if your account shows a credit by spring, and you have a full propane tank with warm weather ahead, they want you to continue paying your budget amount until settle-up month--even if your budget amount was clearly too much and your credit will accumulate into the hundreds of dollars. Pro-pane Inc definitely needs some adjusting to their billing practices, and they should offer their customers the option of online bill payment. Service is adequate though, and we've never run completely out of propane, or even had to make a call, even during the coldest weather. Kudos to them for that!
