This restaurant makes the best chile rellenos around. Try the relleno des res that balances sweet and spicy with a chicken and raisin filling. It's out-of-this-world good! The slow-cooked pork chile colorado is another favorite of mine. Knives are not required -- bite into the pork and it melts in your mouth, requiring little use of your chompers. The restaurant is located in charming Old Clovis and features a peaceful outdoor seating area by the back parking lot. The service is what you'd expect at grandma's house. They treat everyone like family but don't dote on anyone either.
