So, finally after a year of living in Louisville and hearing all the rave reviews, I went to Pat's. And I'll never go back nor will I EVER recommend it to another soul. The best thing I had were the lima beans which, no doubt, were canned from Sysco. The tough, well-done low-grade pork chops were tasteless, the rolls, reminiscent of brown and serves, were hard and our server though kind and attentive was less than what I would deem knowledgeable about the menu or cuisine in general. Our $74 tab for two (sans tip) was way too expensive for what we got. I could think of a million places where I could spend less and have a better dining experience.
Pros: Courteous Service, Attentive Service
Cons: Poor Value, Poor Quality of Food, Poor Atmosphere
