After experiencing sub par service on a previous occasion we made the mistake of going there again for a quick business lunch with some visiting from out of town consultants. And low and behold even worse service. The four of us were there at about 2pm, well after the lunch rush, and the place was fairly empty. We had to request refills on our tea?s and even once one of our guest got up and refilled his own beverage from a nearby cart with pitchers of tea because he was tired of waiting. Waited for a take home box for about forever. Then once we finally were able to coax the check from him we waited and waited for our server to come take our card to ring us out. Finally we had to go disturb him from his staring off into space to do so.
