Though the place itself was alright inside, the service at the door makes it NOT worth the hassle. The staff was rude & thought they could yell at the crowd who has them in business. They severely lacked customer service skills & the bouncers made it clear they wanted $$$ to let people in. We reserved seating & bottles 2celebrate a birthday 2prevent the madness we encountered but we still paid extra 2get in. 1/2 of our friends were told 2wait online unless they paid the bouncers. We were at their mercy. Sadly enough, the promoter had no control over this unacceptable behavior, which makes the business look bad & the promoters powerless to take care of the people theyre supposed to be accommodating. The impoliteness of the staff makes it one of NYs WORST spots so dont waste your time and go somewhere where your business will be appreciated!
