we had reserved a suite in Mondrian, yet because of the bad weather during our stay were ""forced"" to eat at the sea bar instead of al fresco as we had hoped. Though Sea Bar serves the same food as ADC and the athmosphere is nice, I guess you need to do and be more than a hotel suite guest (paying $500 a night) to dine at the real place. Food was excellent, although I always wonder why it is that when mentioned recommendations servers are always instructed to sell up the low-food cost items (butterfish, averages 5 dollars a pound), a $33 appetizer and a $8 bottle of VOSS. We had a great night with good service and well prepared food.
Pros: service, food
Cons: upselling
