After puchasing a new mattres from them the owner called me (several days later ) and told me they had delivered the wrong mattres and needed to get the one they had delivered to the correct customer and deliver mine. The mattres they had dlivered was more expensive by about $100. He was rude, pushy and never even apoligized for thier mistake not to mention an offer for my inconveniance. He demanded either I let them make the switch or pay the differance. Even had the gall to tel me I was just trying to get a better bed without paying for it. Hello it was thier mistake, the bed in question was already slept on therefore he could nolonger sell it as new and it was going to cost more to send movers out a second time. Take my advice stay away.
