They did an excellent job on Jenni after she was really sick. They were loving and gentle with her and did a great job getting her all cleaned up. She came out happy and smelling really good. There was no nipping or biting after they were done with her and that's always a sign of a really caring staff. The price was really fair and they had her in and out in 2 hours.
Also, I had a really nasty cat fish that I got from them as a baby and he became a real bad guy...so I talked to them and they took him back. I didn't get a refund, but that was OK..the fish got a really good home...I'm sure some guy bought him, and instead of my feeling guilty about feeding him to a cat he will go into a realy good tank. I've done this with them before and they are so really great about it. This is definitly one of the best stores around.
