I read about this little hole-in-the-wall in a local paper.
Given it's small size, I was expecting a small menu. Boy was I wrong. These guys really know how to BBQ- Tennessee style.
Their sauce is amazing. Freshly made, and perfect flavors complementing their superior meat. I was so impressed with the meat quality that I asked the owners (both of whom were there) about their meat. All natural- free range- they don't cheap out, and it shows.
The pulled pork was perfect- the brisket and pork ribs were amazing too. The three-meat platter was too much for my healthy appetite- and very economical.
They convinced me to try the cole slaw- which I am generally not a huge fan of. I have to say, I will be eating cole slaw at this place every time I come in.
Everything is made from scratch- including their cobblers.
