My Compaq crashed (a ""total loss"" situation) and left me without a computer for work - life as I know it quickly came to a complete halt. I was very upset and anxious about impending hard drive retrieval and new computer purchase costs.
I can't say enough about Martin, Coleen, Chris and Wil and Bonnie. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. At every possible turn, they went out of their way to help me through this very aggravating experience . . they even helped me order a new Dell online!
Honestly, I've never had a computer repair experience like this - personal, efficient and thorough.
