I was concerned about the cost of a computer consultant and felt I ""should"" solve the problem myself. Once Martin from Control Freaks arrived I realized how wrong I was to worry. He solved my problem, showed me what to do to finish the job (needed to order a part), set up an alternate computer from an old system I had while I wait for the part to arrive, solved a problem I'd been dealing with for a year and educated me in several areas when I asked questions. My Compaq crashed (a ""total loss"" situation) and left me without a computer for work - life as I know it quickly came to a complete halt.
