upon entering, the set up for services and products is separated so there is no congestion for everything in one place; the 2nd floor, strictly for massages, facials, etc., is very quiet. Madeline was wonderful with a facial - very gentle, slow gestures allowing you to really enjoy the entire process, step by step.
